A new automation technology that gives food safety professionals new options to rapidly and accurately image, count and document microbiological colonies on 3M™ Petrifilm™ Plates indicator tests. By rapidly automating the colony-counting step of 3M Petrifilm Plates, the 3M Petrifilm Plate Reader Advanced saves food safety labs time and increases productivity.
Advanced design utilizes counting algorithms developed using fixed artificial intelligence (AI) to enumerate 3M Petrifilm Plates. System is designed to verify image capture and does not require a verification card.
Includes 3M Petrifilm Plate Manager software that is designed to:
• Enable plate annotation and colony reclassification
• Assign product specifications and create a 3M Petrifilm Plate work list
• Store results and allow for trending and reporting
